- In no order, tree nuts, eggs, soy, dairy, wheat, shellfish, sesame, and fish are also common food allergies
- These make up 90% of food allergies
What are some of the signs of allergic reactions?
- Some of the common symptoms of allergic reactions include rashes, hives, itchy throats, difficulty breathing, and nausea
What are some of the most common types of medicine?
- EpiPens; only 56% of individuals with allergies state they carry their EpiPen with them at all times- a low number
- Auqi-V: another version of the EpiPen with audible instructions to help guide through the delivery
- Benadryl: used to calm down mild to moderate reactions
